Membership Fees

The Good Times Hockey League of the Arts’ Toronto membership fees are below. For the teams based outside of Greater Toronto, we will customize a fee or payment based on the number of games you play and host.

To be included in the opening field day for the 2024/25 season, your $500 deposit must be paid in full by July 15, 2024. The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Details on how to make a payment are here. Teams must have their player and team agreements signed before their 1st game. Player and team agreements will be posted by September 1.

If you do not pay your team fee in full by September 7, 2024, the following schedule applies.

September 7, 2024: 1st $1000 of remaining team fee due

September 31, 2024: 2nd $1000 of remaining team fee due

October 1, 2024: an 8% interest rate is charged on outstanding team fees.

November 1, 2024: Full team fee is due. *Any teams not in good standing will forfeit the remainder of their season.

Summit: Any teams not in good standing with the GTHLA will NOT be allowed to play in the Summit of the Arts in April 2025.

After opening day, team fees are non-refundable with the exception of closures due to COVID-19. Teams will be reimbursed if we are credited by the arenas.

Here are the options for Team Membership Dues.

Members receiving volunteer honorariums or sales commissions have the option to transfer it against their team’s fees for a further discount. Yes, teams have the potential to play for free!

The fee range we offer through discounts creates the dynamic of diversifying the participation in our volunteer base and it allows us to pay increased honorariums to the already participating volunteers and expand our fixed labour. It also encourages our core values and principles.
